What happened
Result: Item 4 on the proxy card for the annual meeting of 10 December 2021, but never voted: the company certified that the proposal was not considered or voted on because the proponent did not send a representative to the meeting to present it.
No vote and no commitment. The proposal lapsed unpresented, and the same ask returned to Stride two years later as the 2023 proposal, which did reach a vote and was narrowly defeated.
