Result: Filed at six companies in January 2025. The proposal went to a vote at Coca-Cola on 30 April 2025 and received 12.47 percent of the votes cast for and against, and at Dollar General on 29 May 2025 and received 10.09 percent. McDonald's certified results for its meeting on 20 May 2025 list three shareholder proposals, none of them on food waste, so it did not reach a vote there.
