What happened
Result: It did not reach a vote. Aramark's 2025 annual meeting, held on January 24, 2025, put three matters to shareholders, the election of eleven directors, ratification of the auditor and the advisory vote on executive compensation, and no shareholder proposal was among them. Whether the resolution was withdrawn after an agreement or kept off the proxy another way was not established: ICCR's own 2025 guide lists the resolution against Aramark with no status recorded, where the entries around it read Pending, Challenged, Withdrawn or Agreement.
