Vote against the chief executive where the chief executive also serves as board chair, in support of an independent board at every company; apply an extra level of scrutiny to director votes at about two dozen companies identified as major contributors to climate change; and vote against anti-ESG resolutions. Two further policies are offered, one voting in favour of all female board members and one following Catholic values.
