Deere's Form 8-K records that the proposal was withdrawn, was not presented or voted upon, and that no votes were tabulated.
Deere stated publicly that it believes a diverse workforce enables it to best meet its customers' needs and that it will continue to track and advance the diversity of its organization. As You Sow withdrew on that basis and said it would hold the company to those words, treating them as material disclosures.
