Amazon's Form 8-K reports 2,221,121,179 votes for, 5,338,238,279 against, 32,951,957 abstaining and 1,260,267,192 broker non-votes. That is 29.38 percent in favour counting only votes for and against, or 29.25 percent if abstentions are included in the base.
