Amazon's Form 8-K reports 754,724,764 votes for, 6,436,676,008 against, 177,009,074 abstaining and 1,298,652,951 broker non-votes. That is 10.49 percent in favour counting only votes for and against, or 10.24 percent if abstentions are included in the base.
