What happened

Result: Approved at both companies. At DuPont's annual meeting on April 28, 2021 the proposal drew 294,360,528 votes for, 57,074,382 against, 6,311,867 abstaining and 74,671,375 broker non-votes, which is 83.76 percent in favour counting only votes for and against. At Union Pacific's annual meeting on May 13, 2021 it drew 441,636,357 for, 69,285,038 against, 5,083,118 abstaining and 67,090,884 broker non-votes, which is 86.44 percent.

The filer reports that 62 S&P companies committed to disclose their EEO-1 data as a result of the campaign. Before it began, only 14 S&P 100 companies disclosed their Consolidated EEO-1 Report.
