- New York State Common Retirement Fund (Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli) at UberOffice of the New York State Comptroller and the New York State Common Retirement Fund · Uber · 2026 · Filed January 22, 2026 and never put to a vote. Uber's proxy statement of March 23, 2026 carried four items of business, all of them management's, and the 8-K reporting the May 4, 2026 annual meeting lists the same four, so the proposal was off the ballot before the proxy was printed. Which way it left the ballot, withdrawn after an agreement or excluded, is not established by any source reviewed.

- Sisters of St. Francis of Philadelphia, with Christian Brothers Investment Services and other members of the Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility at Wells Fargo & Co.Sisters of St. Francis of Philadelphia · Wells Fargo · 2014 · Overtaken by the company's own decision before any vote. Wells Fargo announced on January 17, 2014 that it would discontinue the Direct Deposit Advance product, and no such proposal reached the 2014 ballot: the only two stockholder proposals voted at the April 29, 2014 annual meeting were on an independent chairman and on internal controls over mortgage servicing and foreclosure. The resolution for that year was filed by Christian Brothers Investment Services; the Sisters of St. Francis of Philadelphia had dialogued with the bank and filed resolutions on the same product for three consecutive years, and ICCR members had been engaging Wells Fargo on affordable credit since 2009.
